The website at www.grandboxnw.com, including its mobile pages and online forms (the "Website"), is owned and operated by Grand Box Oregon LLC d/b/a Grand Box NorthWest ("GB," "we," "us" or "our"). These Website Terms govern your access to and use of the Website.

By using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms, confirm that you are at least 18 and have legal capacity, and, if acting for another person or organization, confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes and legitimate inquiries about our products and services. 3. Quotes, Orders and Separate Terms

The Website may display products and prices, accept inquiries or payments, and help arrange delivery. Website content, a submitted form or an automated acknowledgment is not a binding confirmation of availability or acceptance unless the applicable Quote or Order expressly states otherwise. A transaction becomes binding only when accepted in the manner stated in that Quote, Order or agreement.

The documents governing a transaction may include:

The accepted Quote, Order or invoice;
The applicable Container Purchase Terms or Container Rental Terms supplied with the Quote or Order;
Any delivery, difficult-site or recurring-payment acknowledgment required for that transaction; and
Any third-party financing, rent-to-own or payment terms accepted for the transaction.

The applicable documents become part of the transaction when they are provided or linked before acceptance and the customer accepts them by signature, electronic acceptance or checkout, as applicable. The Quote or Order controls the container, condition or grade, price, charges, site, billing and other transaction-specific details. The applicable Rental or Purchase Terms control the remaining rental or sale terms, and a specific acknowledgment controls only its stated subject.

These Website Terms govern Website use only. The version of the transaction terms accepted with the Quote or Order governs that transaction. Revised Purchase Terms apply to future Orders unless the parties expressly agree otherwise. Revised material Rental Terms apply to an active rental only as permitted by the existing agreement and applicable law, including any required notice or affirmative acceptance. A later Website update does not retrospectively amend an accepted transaction.

4. Website Information and Availability

We try to keep Website information accurate, but inventory, prices, promotions, specifications, photographs, delivery areas and estimated dates may change or contain an inadvertent error. Unless identified as the actual container, photographs are representative and individual used containers may vary. The final accepted Quote or Order controls the transaction description and price.

General Website information is not engineering, permitting, zoning, site-safety or legal advice. Customers remain responsible for permits, approvals, utility information, site suitability and lawful use to the extent stated in the applicable transaction documents.

5. Privacy and Recorded Calls

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Calls may be recorded, transcribed or monitored for customer service, training, security and documenting instructions or transactions. If a call is recorded, notice will be given at or before recording begins. By continuing after the notice, you consent where that method of consent is permitted by law. If you do not consent, please tell us so we can stop the recording or offer another reasonably available method of communication.

6. Third-Party Services and Copyright

The Website may link to payment, financing, review, government or other third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms, and a link does not by itself constitute endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from Website use or third-party links, and GB's total liability for a claim arising solely from Website use will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not alter an express obligation or non-waivable right under an accepted transaction agreement.

8. Changes, Governing Law and General Terms

We may update these Website Terms by posting a revised version and changing the Last updated date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted or stated effective date. Continued Website use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Website Terms, but does not amend an existing rental, completed purchase or other accepted transaction.

Oregon law governs claims arising solely from Website use, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer right. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Oregon. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed and the remainder will continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. A separate transaction agreement may contain different governing-law or dispute terms for that transaction.
